At Velani Label, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all returned garments must be in their original condition, free of makeup, perfume, or alterations.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
